Genealogy Club
Genealogy Club meetings are held each Monday at 9:30 a.m. in the Idyllwild Conference Room at the Mountain View Clubhouse, with a Zoom option available for virtual attendance. Participants are welcome to join us beginning at 9:15 a.m. for a time of casual fellowship and conversation before the meeting starts.

Our Clubs Purpose
The purpose of the Sun City Palm Desert Genealogy Club is to provide a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for the exploration and development of our family histories; to learn and share new methods for researching our ancestors and their stories; to promote and teach sound genealogical research and documentation practices; to sponsor periodic field trips to major genealogical libraries and archives; to teach and expand the effective use of computer technology in genealogical research; and to encourage the proper preservation of family documents, photographs, and heirlooms.
